By applying to become a partner, you acknowledge that: 

  • Your participation in the Partner Programme will be subject to the terms and conditions of the appointed distribution partner; 
  • Any commission of arrangements, training, partner management, and all matters related to the partners will be handled directly by the said distribution partner.  
  • Your contractual relationship for the purpose of the Partner Programme will therefore be with the appointed distribution partner, and not with Tomei Digital Sdn Bhd, although you will be promoting our GoldNow Platform and services.
