Once you accumulate enough gold in your account, you can redeem it for physical gold at Tomei branches. You will be able to choose from different denominations (1g, 5g, 10g, 20g, etc.) and collect the physical gold directly from the branch. 

Yes, there are various fees associated with different transactions: 

  1. Purchase of gold: 8% of the gold value (included in the purchase price). 
  2. Conversion of gold into GoldNow Points: 5% of the gold value (included in the conversion price). 
  3. Physical redemption of gold: 6% of the redeemed gold value, with a minimum charge of RM50. 
  4. Physical storage of gold (after redemption): RM500 per annum, for up to 5kg of gold. 

Yes, you can place a future order to buy gold at a specified price through the app. You can set the expiry date for the order up to 30 days, after which the order will automatically expire if not matched.
