Campaign Name:<\/b> GoldNow x KOL Campaign <\/span>Campaign Duration:<\/b> August 2026 – November 2026<\/span><\/p>

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the GoldNow x KOL Campaign New User Rebate promotion (the “Promotion”), operated by Tomei Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in this Promotion, the user (“User,” “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.<\/span><\/p>

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with GoldNow’s general Terms and Conditions (“GoldNow T&C”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the GoldNow T&C, these Terms shall prevail solely in respect of matters relating to this Promotion. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the GoldNow T&C.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
1. Definitions<\/b><\/span><\/h6>

1.1 <\/span>“KOL”<\/b> refers to a Key Opinion Leader engaged by the Company to promote the Campaign and distribute a unique referral code.<\/span><\/p>

1.2 <\/span>“Campaign Period”<\/b> refers to the period from August 2026 to November 2026, during which this Promotion is active.<\/span><\/p>

1.3 <\/span>“Referral Code”<\/b> refers to the unique code assigned to each participating KOL for tracking and attribution purposes.<\/span><\/p>

1.4 <\/span>“New User”<\/b> refers to someone without an existing Tomei GoldNow account prior to registering with a Referral Code provided by a Key Opinion Leader (“KOL”) participating in this Campaign.<\/span><\/p>

1.5 <\/span>“Qualifying Transaction”<\/b> refers to any gold purchase transaction completed by a User through the Tomei GoldNow app during the applicable Referral Window, using an account registered with a valid Referral Code. Qualifying Transactions accumulate on a running basis, and a User becomes eligible for the rebate under Section 4 once their cumulative purchases reach <\/span>1g of gold<\/b>. A transaction is excluded from this cumulative total, and any related rebate forfeited or reversed, if subsequently cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.<\/span><\/p>

Example: A User purchases 0.5g on Day 1 and 0.1g on Day 2. Neither purchase alone meets the threshold. Once the User’s cumulative purchases within the Window reach 1g or more, they become eligible for the rebate, calculated on the cumulative total.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

1.6 <\/span>\u201cGoldNow Points<\/b>\u201d refers to the notional units acquired by you for use exclusively within the Platform for the Services and the value of which shall be in the equivalence of Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00) is one (1) GoldNow Point or such other value as may be determined and notified by the Company from time to time;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2. Eligibility and Participation<\/b><\/span><\/h6>

2.1 This Promotion is open to new users of the Tomei GoldNow app who register using a valid Referral Code issued to a participating KOL.<\/span><\/p>

2.2 To participate in this Promotion, a User must complete the following steps:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(a) Download and register for a GoldNow account, entering a valid Referral Code at the point of sign-up;<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(b) Complete one or more Qualifying Transactions through the Tomei GoldNow app, such that the User’s cumulative gold purchases reach the threshold set out in Section 1.5.<\/span><\/p>

2.3 A User’s transaction(s) will only be recognised as eligible for this Promotion if the Referral Code was correctly entered at the point of sign-up. Retroactive application of a Referral Code after registration will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

3. Campaign Mechanics<\/b><\/span><\/h6>

3.1 Each Referral Code is assigned a fixed eligibility window of <\/span>90 days<\/b> (“Window”), commencing from the date of the relevant KOL’s first public post sharing that Referral Code. The start and end date of each Window shall be determined and set by the Company in advance.<\/span><\/p>

3.2 The Window is fixed per Referral Code and applies uniformly to all Users who register using that code, regardless of when the individual User registers within the Window.<\/span><\/p>

Example: Where a KOL’s Referral Code carries a Window running from 17 August 2026 to 15 November 2026, a User who registers on 15 September 2026 using that code must complete their Qualifying Transaction(s) on or before 15 November 2026 to remain eligible – not 90 days from the User’s own registration date.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

3.3 Users who register or complete a transaction after the applicable Window has closed shall not be eligible for the rebate, notwithstanding use of a valid Referral Code.<\/span><\/p>

3.4 The commencement date of each Window shall be tracked manually by the Company’s operations team, based on the Referral Code distributed to each KOL. The Company’s determination of this date shall be final and binding for the purposes of calculating the Window.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

4. Rebate Amount<\/b><\/span><\/h6>

4.0<\/span> Rebate Calculation:<\/b> The rebate earned by a User shall be calculated at the rate of <\/span>1%<\/b> of the value of each Qualifying Transaction, subject to the minimum and maximum thresholds set out in Sections 4.1 and 4.2.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Example: A User completes a Qualifying Transaction worth RM2,000. The rebate earned on this transaction is 1% of RM2,000, i.e., RM20, credited in the form of GoldNow Points in accordance with Section 5.4.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>

4.1 <\/span>Minimum Rebate Threshold:<\/b> A User’s accumulated rebate must reach at least <\/span>RM5<\/b> before it becomes eligible for payout.<\/span><\/p>

Example: If a User’s Qualifying Transaction generates a rebate of RM3, this amount will not be paid out on its own. It will instead be held and combined with rebates from subsequent Qualifying Transactions until the accumulated total reaches RM5, at which point it becomes eligible for payout in the next applicable payment cycle.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

4.2 <\/span>Maximum Rebate Cap:<\/b> The maximum rebate a User may earn under this Promotion is <\/span>RM500<\/b>. Any accumulated rebate exceeding this amount shall be capped at RM500 and shall not be carried forward, accumulated, or paid out in any subsequent cycle.<\/span><\/p>

Example: If a User’s accumulated rebate across their Qualifying Transactions reaches RM650, only RM500 will be paid out to the User. The excess RM150 shall be forfeited and shall not be credited, carried forward, or otherwise recoverable by the User.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

4.3 Where a User’s accumulated rebate does not meet the RM5 minimum threshold by the relevant payout date, no rebate shall be issued in respect of that cycle.<\/span><\/p>

4.4 The Company reserves the right to adjust the rebate amount, minimum threshold, or maximum cap at its sole discretion, with notice provided to Users where practicable.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

5. Rebate Mechanics<\/b><\/span><\/h6>

5.1 Approved rebates shall be disbursed on a monthly basis, in accordance with the Company’s standard payment cycle.<\/span><\/p>

Example: Rebates earned from Qualifying Transactions completed in August 2026 will be processed and disbursed in September 2026, following the close of the August cycle.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

5.2 Rebates shall be processed and released within 30 business days following the close of each calendar month, provided the User’s accumulated rebate meets the minimum threshold set out in Section 4.<\/span><\/p>

5.3 Rebates are subject to final approval and verification prior to disbursement. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse a rebate in respect of any transaction deemed fraudulent, invalid, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>

5.4 Rebates shall be credited in the form of GoldNow points to the User’s GoldNow account.<\/span><\/p>

5.5 The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or failure in the crediting of GoldNow points arising from any act or omission of a payment service provider, financial institution, or other third party not attributable to the Company.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

6. General Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/h6>

6.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Users where practicable, including where:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(a) such action is required pursuant to any applicable law or the requirements of any regulatory, governmental, or supervisory authority; or<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(b) the Company reasonably considers such action necessary for operational, compliance, risk management, or security purposes.<\/span><\/p>

6.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall constitute fraudulent or improper conduct under these Terms, and shall result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any pending rebate:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(a) the creation or use of multiple, duplicate, or fake User accounts by the same individual to claim multiple rebates;<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(b) self-referral, including the use of a different device, SIM card, bank account, or e-wallet by the same individual to refer themselves;<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(c) collusion between a KOL and a User, or between Users, to artificially generate registrations or transactions that do not reflect genuine, organic customer acquisition;<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(d) wash transactions, being the purchase and immediate or near-immediate resale, redemption, or reversal of gold for the primary purpose of triggering a rebate, without genuine investment intent;<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(e) structuring, layering, or otherwise splitting transactions in a manner designed to circumvent the thresholds set out in Section 4 or to obscure the true origin, ownership, or purpose of funds; or<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(f) any other act or practice, whether or not specifically described above, that is undertaken in bad faith or otherwise inconsistent with the intent and proper operation of this Promotion.<\/span><\/p>

6.3 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate, suspend, withhold, or reverse any rebate, and to disqualify any User or KOL, where it reasonably suspects conduct described in Section 6.2.<\/span><\/p>

6.4 Any User or KOL found to be involved in money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering (“AML”) and countering the financing of terrorism (“CFT”) laws and regulations in Malaysia shall be immediately disqualified from the Promotion, and any pending or disbursed rebate shall be forfeited or reversed. The Company reserves the right to report any such activity to the relevant authorities, in accordance with its obligations under applicable law.<\/span><\/p>

6.5 This Promotion may not be combined with other rebate or referral offers unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company.<\/span><\/p>

6.6 These Terms are to be read together with, and are supplementary to, the GoldNow T&C. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of both these Terms and the GoldNow T&C in their entirety.<\/span><\/p>

6.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and participation in this Promotion is at all times subject to applicable laws and the requirements of any relevant regulatory, governmental, or supervisory authority.<\/span><\/p>

6.8 The rebate offered under this Promotion does not constitute a guaranteed entitlement and may be amended, substituted, suspended, or withdrawn at any time in accordance with Section 6.1.<\/span><\/p>

6.9 The rebate and any GoldNow points awarded under this Promotion do not constitute investment advice, a guaranteed return, or capital preservation. Users should refer to the GoldNow T&C for the risks associated with gold purchases.<\/span><\/p>
